EXCLAMATION means to be heard.  

Our mission is to elevate cultures who are heard but not yet understood.  Our goal is to improve how these people exist in a world where meaning is assigned rather than earned.

We are run and developed by LGBTQIA and was created to bridge the gap between those who want to support others different from themselves but do not yet understand how.  Let’s bring these subtleties out into the open, talk about them, and make new connections.  Let’s expand our current sense of community.  If we can communicate, then we can understand ourselves better and do more than just accept others who are different.
